Where Indian hair does came from?
The sources of Indian hair are the temples in India. In India, it is a very common tradition for people to sacrifice their hair in certain specific temples in return for the prayers that have been answered by the respective deities. The Devotee goes to the temple and gets the hair shaved from the temple. The temple authorities collect all such shaved hair from the devotees and periodically auction the hair to the various bidders. The proceeds from the temple auctions are gradually pumped back into the community by the temple authorities in various charitable forms.
I noticed that some of the bundles have a grey hairs and/or slight lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. Is this normal?
Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% Virgin Indian hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.
How long does it last?
l00% Virgin Indian hair can last for 3 - 4 years depending on care, depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it for it to last even longer. Indian hair is a high demand because it is just so beautiful, and since ours is unprocessed, it can last longer than any other kind of hair. If you have any questions please email us.
Can I color this hair?
Yes, as it is l00% Virgin Indian hair which is not processed in any way. You can color the hair. You can color as often as you’d like.
Is there a way for me to stop by and feel the hair before placing an order?
Absolutely, by appointment only. We encourage you to let one of our hair extension experts educate you on how to choose the best grade of hair.
If I place an order online, can I pick it up at your showroom?
Currently, all orders are shipped only.
About Shipping
Your orders will be shipped from our warehouses located in Flowood, MS, USA. Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours; customized items are shipped within one week. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order shipped.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Incorrect address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day. If you made an error with your shipping address, please contact us at sales@zurimarievirginhair.com before order shipment. If your order has already been processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees)

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise you as to how much these fees might be, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
What’s your return policy?
NO REFUND! NO EXCHANGES! NO EXCEPTIONS
It is against federal law to re-sell used hair so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packing or that look worn or altered in anyway.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipts. After we confirm a mistake was made, will send you next steps on how to return your items.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund.
If you enter the incorrect mailing address, you need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.
Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mail back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling cost.
We take returns and charge backs very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. Out of the thousands of orders we’ve shipped, we have never lost a dispute.
All approved returns and order cancellations are subject to a 40% or $100 (Whichever is greater) restocking fee that is non waivable and nonnegotiable.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom wigs or custom orders on any of our services. All of these purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange.
We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped.
In order to receive credit for your exchange (minus the 40%/$100 restocking fee) the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it - totally unused - no exceptions.
Please be advised: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products they have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided.
The hair must remain in the Bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packing and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing. Any used hair that we are sent back will not be returned.
